À Kê Ô Mê (a short punchy way to say Happy New Year in Japanese) was our special Lunar New Year event that brought together the spirit of Japanese sake with the beloved flavors of Vietnamese Tết cuisine. From bánh chưng to pickled shallots, each dish was paired thoughtfully with sake—highlighting new flavor connections and cultural dialogue. Guests were invited not only to taste, but to slow down, share stories, and rediscover the warmth of holiday traditions through a new lens. A cozy, joyful exploration of heritage and hospitality.
